Philips MASTER SDW-T lamp is a compact, energy-efficient high-pressure sodium vapour lamp with a discharge tube of sintered aluminium oxide, enclosed by a clear soft glass outer bulb. This Master SDW-T is therefore a widely used metal halide lamp in shops where food is sold. Equipped with a PIA (Philips Intergrated Antenna) for extra long life and UV protection. Provides a sparkling warm white light and excellent colour rendering, especially in the warm colours.
Application . In grocery stores (lighting vegetables, fruit and bread), clothing stores, furniture stores, showrooms and shop windows. Master SDW-T lamps with PG12-1 lamp base are used with an electronic or conventional ballast. Suitable for use in open luminaires.
Lifespan of the Master Colour SDW-T. Failure of 20% at 12,000 hours and 50% failure at 15,000 hours. The light output at 25°C is 40-52 Lm/watt which is very high. This Master SDW-T lamp is NOT dimmable.
Available in wattages 35W, 50W and 100W. The Color Rendering Index (Ra) is higher than 81. Mounting of the lamp is universal.
