PHILIPS MASTER PL-L-energy (efficiency label A) lamps. They are frequently used 'bulbs' offices, passages, storage, outdoor lighting fixtures but also design! These luminaires can be equipped with 1 or 2 or sometimes 4 PL-L lamps.
The PL-L lamps come with a 2G11 lamp base.
PL-L lamp versions are divided into standard, Xtra, Xtra Polar and Polar. All have four copper pins, which immediately implies that they all work in a high-frequency electronic ballast.
In difficult to reach places you could choose to use the PL-L Xtra variant. Lifespan is about twice as high but the purchase also. So if you takes a lot of time or cost as a platform for recovering this can be a godsend. Available in 24W, 36W and 55W.
For colder environments, it is wise to use the Polar implementation, it has a maximum luminous flux at low temperatures. At 15 degrees Celsius, this lamp has the optimum light output. Therefore suitable for use in parks, outdoor lamps, cold stores. Available in 24W, 36W and 55W
For the really cold environments, it is wise to use the Xtra Polar implementation, it has a maximum luminous flux even at low temperatures. At 0 degrees Celsius this lamp has the optimum light output. Therefore suitable for use in outdoor lamps, cold stores and other environments where it is very cold. Available in 24W, 36W and 55W.
